Tutoring observation expectation

What I expect to see in my observation are the many techniques and proper procedure to become an effective tutor. I also expect get some sort of 'hands on' experience to get an understanding as to what I'll be doing and saying to the writers. I'll be able to review and reflect on the topics I've learned in the text and take notes on how to execute these tutoring standards effectivley. I also expect to observe the postures and academic languge they use when conversing and providing feedbacks to these students. I expect to make notes on strategies I believe I may stuggle with and develop these skills that I will later convey to these writers once I start tutoring.
